I confirm I am using the float pod at my own discretion and understand the experience is designed for relaxation and wellness purposes only.


I confirm I am aged 18 or over or have consent from a parent or guardian.


I agree to shower thoroughly before entering the float pod to help maintain hygiene and water quality.


I will not use oils, lotions, creams, fake tan, heavy makeup or jewellery during my float session.


I understand that shaving or waxing 24 hours before floating may increase skin sensitivity due to the salt content of the water.


I will not use the float pod if I have recently dyed my hair within 48/72 hours and the colour is still likely to run or transfer.


I will not use the float pod if I have any contagious illness, infection, open wounds or significant cuts.


I will not use the float pod if I am under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.


I understand the float pod contains Epsom salts (magnesium sulfate) and cleaning agents which may cause irritation or allergic reactions in some individuals.


I understand it is my responsibility to consult a medical professional before floating if I have epilepsy, heart conditions, kidney disease, diabetes, severe skin conditions, pregnancy concerns, claustrophobia or any other medical condition.


I will inform staff before my session if I have any medical condition or concern that may affect my float experience.


I understand floating may involve extended periods of silence, darkness and deep relaxation which can affect individuals differently.


I understand that eating a heavy meal immediately before floating may cause discomfort during the session.


I understand that the floor and surrounding areas may become slippery and I agree to take care when entering and exiting the float pod.


I understand that a £950 fee will be taken from my stored card if voluntarily or involuntarily contaminate the float tank through hair dye, defection, urination or any other bodily fluid to pay for the cost of maintenance, downtime and refilling the pod with fresh salt.


I agree to follow all staff instructions and safety guidance before and during my float session.


I understand that participation is voluntary and I may end my session at any time if I feel uncomfortable.


I understand that any personal belongings brought into the facility remain my responsibility.


I consent to my emergency contact being used if staff believe medical assistance may be required during or after my session.


I understand that lateness may reduce my allocated float time to avoid disruption to later bookings.


I understand that a no show for an appointment will result in a full booking price be charged unless cancelled 24 hours in advance.


I understand that if it is a couple’s float, sexual intercourse is not permitted during the session.


I will NOT use the float pod during my menstrual cycle without appropriate sanitary products.


I acknowledge that Wellness Float Business reserves the right to refuse or end a session if staff believe it may be unsafe for me or others.


I acknowledge that I participate voluntarily and accept responsibility for my own wellbeing during the session, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.


I acknowledge that my float session is for the set time booked and cannot over run which may affect other bookings that day.


I confirm that all information provided by me is accurate to the best of my knowledge.
